It’s great to hear from people who are curious about plastic bag recycling. For these individuals, often times they are unaware of the types of plastic film that they can recycle. Some retailers and recycling centers do not accept every type of plastic, which gives Hilex Poly a unique opportunity to work with these companies and individuals to do a little more.

As the Director of Sustainability and Marketing for Hilex Poly there are definitely some rewarding moments such as seeing the company surpass significant milestones and having the opportunity to share what Hilex does with others. But I find myself looking forward to one specific day out of the year to discuss the great work being done at Hilex Poly. You guessed it—Earth Day.
